Church Brothers Farms announces sales department restructure

Church Brothers Farms, a grower, processor and shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, announced the restructuring of its sales department.

As part of the restructure, Tom Bramers was promoted to sales manager. In the new position, Bramers will manage the sales team, commodity managers and appointment loading teams.

Bramers has been in the fresh produce industry since 1993 and has worked at Church Brothers Farms since 2009. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Merrill Farms and River Ranch. He is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in agribusiness; and is the nephew of company co-founders Tom and Steve Church.

In addition, Jeff Church’s role at the company has shifted to a larger scope as he takes over as vice president of sales. In that role, he will support Bramers and manage the regional sales team, national accounts, business analyst, logistics and marketing.
