Court denies EPA’s move to vacate Enlist Duo registration

The U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a recent motion filed by EPA to vacate the registration of Enlist Duo. The herbicide remains fully intact for all labeled uses, according to manufacturer Dow AgroSciences.

Dow stated that it agrees with the court’s decision, and will continue to work cooperatively with EPA concerning Enlist Duo.
