Isagro USA adds new hires to technical service team

Isagro USA announced George Stallings and Brenden Platts have joined the Isagro USA team as technical development manager and technical service representative, respectively.

As technical development manager, Stallings will be responsible for product research, development and introductions of new and existing products in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Previously, Stallings served as manager/director of product development for Monsanto BioAg, where he conducted all biological product development activities. He also served as the technical business development director for Envision Consulting and the technology transfer manager for Sipcam Agro USA, where he developed and manufactured new bio-rational technologies for specialty fruit/vegetable markets.

Stallings has a doctorate in plant science and resistance genetics from the University of Idaho—Moscow.

As technical service representative, Platts is responsible for product technical support to distribution and growers.

Platts graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in diversified agriculture. Previously, he served as a sales representative for Paramount Chemicals & Plastics, Inc., as well as an intern for Syngenta Crop Protection.
