New Booklet About Farmers Market Safety

One wrong move in the kitchen can spread food-borne illnesses. Three groups of people in North Dakota learned that the hard way recently after using an unlicensed caterer. But safety is also an issue before food even makes it to the kitchen. The state Ag Department created a booklet called “Farm to Market” to help inform small producers about the rules when bringing their products to market. KFYR-TV Bismarck, N.D.
