Spraying Foes Vent Anger

Some came wearing white painters’ coveralls and masks and others huddled under plastic tarps to make their point at Monterey’s Window on the Bay Park on Thursday evening that they don’t want to be sprayed from the air this weekend by pheromones targeting the Australian light brown apple moth.
