Willowood introduces pyraclostrobin fungicide

Willowood Pyrac 2EC is now available from Willowood. The new introduction is a broad-spectrum fungicide that contains pyraclostrobin, the active ingredient in Headline. Willowood Pyrac 2EC is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency to protect more than 90 crops from more than 50 diseases, according to the company.

The new product is the first post-patent formulation of pyraclostrobin available in the United States.

Willowood Pyrac 2EC can be used postemergence to provide plant protection and improve overall plant health, according to Willowood. It can also be applied in-furrow on corn to control soil-borne diseases and improve root vigor. It can be tank-mixed with liquid fertilizer for ease of application; always test for compatibility.

Contact a distributor or local ag retailer for more information, or visit www.willowoodusa.com. Always read and follow label directions.
