Crop insurance survey deadline is Oct. 31

The National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) is conducting this survey of attitudes and opinions about crop insurance. The survey is open to anyone who is farming or ranching commercially in the United States. Results will be used to plan educational efforts and make recommendations to the USDA.

The survey takes an average of 20-30 minutes to complete. Answers will remain anonymous. The surveyors do not collect your e-mail or IP address, and participants are not required to provide any personally-identifiable information.

Anyone farming or ranching commercially in the United States is eligible to participate. The survey can be taken on any computer, smart phone, or other mobile device. To preview the survey before taking it, go to www.ncat.org/surveypreview.

As a gesture of appreciation for participants’ time, NCAT is offering a $20 check as a “thank you” for  completing the survey. The survey closes Oct. 31.
