UPL North America announces the addition of Matt Lewis as U.S. Strategic Accounts Lead, Seed and Soil Health. Lewis will lead a team in growing the seed and soil health business by bringing maximum value to growers who want top performance from the seeds they plant.
Lewis brings extensive industry experience, along with seed and soil health expertise to UPL. He was previously a Regional Account Manager at BASF, where he built relationships with seed treatment distributors, developed custom market plans, and helped deliver new products to the market. He also provides leadership in seed treatment enablement and stewardship as vice-chair of the Seed Treatment & Environment Committee of the America Seed Trade Association.

Lewis has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Crop and Soil Environmental Sciences from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
