MSU hosting beginning farmer webinar series

Beginning producers and others with basic information needs are invited to participate in a series of 20 online programs addressing crop and livestock production, pest management and marketing on weekday evenings, Jan. 26 through April 30. Participants will learn the basic principles of a variety of production and marketing systems, and have an opportunity to ask questions of Michigan State University agriculture experts.

The live webinar presentations will begin at 7 p.m. EST and run until 9 p.m. A $10 fee is charged for each webinar in the series, or $100 for the full series. A high-speed internet connection is required, and connection information will be emailed after registration.
