Carl Vincent Ream, 64, a resident of Naples, Florida for the past 22 years, died Thursday, April 30, 2020 in Naples.


Ream, a veteran in the produce industry brought a broad range of sales experience, knowledge, leadership and management skills to J&J Family Farms. During his career, Ream worked with several import, domestic and organic fresh produce organizations.
He worked previously with Florida Specialties. Ream had more than 40 years of experience working numerous produce industry positions – from sales and marketing on the supplier side with retailers, wholesalers and growers, to management experience on the retail side with Kroger in the 1970’s and 80s,
According to his obituary, Ream was born Sept. 24, 1955 in Urbana, Ohio, to Richard and Lois (Pfaff) Ream, now deceased.
He is survived by three children, Tara Moser, husband Geoffrey and grandson Bryce of Cape Coral, Florida; Gregory Ream of Cape Coral, Florida and Kasie Ream of Naples, Florida; two sisters, Julie Brazzell of Norfolk, Virginia and Rachael Ream, husband Matthew Simmons of Bend, Oregon; three nieces and two nephews; as well as four great-nieces and two great-nephews.
