Stokes Seeds expands Southeast US sales team

Stokes Seeds has announced the hiring of Kyle Tisdale as territory manager for the southeast Georgia and northern Florida region.

In this new position, Tisdale will be responsible for seed and service to growers in the region, providing commercial vegetable seed recommendations. Representing Stokes Seeds’ comprehensive product line, he will collaborate with growers to match seed options to their production and profit goals.

“We welcome Kyle to our growing Southeast U.S. sales team and look forward to his contributions. His strong agricultural background and experience will enable him to serve producers well,” Scott Rush, Southeast sales manager for Stokes Seeds said in a news release.

Tisdale earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Mechanization from Clemson University, and most recently worked for the South Carolina Department of Agriculture, specializing in watermelon and peaches. He also brings valuable experience in scouting, variety trial evaluation and management of vegetable crops.

Tisdale and his family reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
