Technology partnership secured between Sentera, Crop Risk Services

Sentera announced an expanded partnership with Crop Risk Services (CRS), an AIG company and a leading primary crop insurance managing general agent. The partnership will provide CRS adjusters, agents and customers with precise, efficient aerial imaging and analytics tools that support more accurate coverage, fast & accurate claim adjustment and streamlined audit-related recordkeeping.

Sentera and CRS have worked together for more than three years to expand and refine a set of digital tools that provide value to customers. Sentera’s machine learning and analytics products, combined with satellite and drone-based imagery, flow directly into Aeros, CRS’s industry-leading digital platform. The resulting integration insures that in-field work, like adjusting and processing, remains accurate and reliable, with information available in a fraction of the time.

“Our clients understand the promise of Sentera’s on-field technology in production applications,” said CRS President Brian Young. “Their time and outcomes stand to benefit from real-time data and insights, both in adjusting and record management. We believe that extends to other stakeholders besides.”

“We are excited to continue our partnership with Crop Risk Services, and we look forward to this expansion of our relationship,” said Sentera CEO Eric Taipale. “CRS has recognized how remote sensing and real-time and cloud-based analytics can support their technology strategy, ultimately delivering a superior product for their customers. This is a first for the industry, and we’re proud to partner with CRS to deliver it to the market.”
