Accomplishments
Cody Guenther grew up in south central Minnesota in a small farming community. He attended University of Wisconsin-River Falls to complete his BS in Crop and Soil Sciences, with an emphasis in crop production. Cody currently works as the Ag Manager for Lakeside Foods in the Random Lake Facility. They plant, manage and harvest roughly 13,000 acres of peas, sweet corn and lima beans combined. In his short time in the processing industry, Cody has been inspired by industry collaboration and mentorship that produces safe foods.
