Boyer is a second-generation fruit grower, packer and shipper from Ridgetop Orchards LLC in Fishertown, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn State and came back to the farm in 2010. He currently serves on the Pennsylvania Apple Board and is the immediate past chairman of USApple.
