Amy is a Southwest Michigan native. Growing up surrounded by vineyards made a big impact early on. After graduating from Marquette University with her bachelor's in Chemistry, she entered the wine industry due to her love of Michigan vineyards and wine!

After learning from Wally Maurer at Domaine Berrien for five years, Amy went on to teach for Lake Michigan College’s Wine and Viticulture program before returning to Domaine. Amy currently is the president of the Michigan Grape Society and winemaker/operations manager at Domaine Berrien Cellars.
