Graduating in 2011 from the University of Illinois with a master’s degree in plant breeding and genetics, Thompson immediately began his career as a sweet corn breeder for IFSI. Currently, he leads the breeding and product development within IFSI’s sweet corn division for their global network of seed dealers, growers and consumers. Thompson is passionate about building on the traditions of IFSI and delivering solutions through innovative genetics.
