Operations Manager

In her role, Vargas educates employers on H-2A regulatory compliance, oversees the processing of H-2A applications, and assists in training and welcoming workers. Her interest in ag labor began with her experience working on her family’s apple farm. She holds a degree in Spanish through Grand Valley State University and Adolfo Ibanez University, with minors in Latin American studies and business.
