Accomplishments

Lav Khot directs research and extension program at WSU CPAAS with focus on developing site-specific crop monitoring and management technologies through crop, environmental sensing, and automation to help fruit, grape and berry crop growers. His internationally recognized PrecisionAg program is instrumental in developing drone imagery-based data products as well as innovative IoT enabled cyber physical systems to effectively manage weather induced crop stressors. He also leads development of precision orchard sprayers and fixed spray systems.
