Raised on a berry farm, he has been working full time as Field Supervisor on his family’s farm, Agriberry, since graduating Virginia Commonwealth University with a master's degree in education in 2012. He developed Agriberry’s training program for up to 60 seasonal motivated local young workers. Recently promoted to assistant general manager, Geyer also helps coordinate Agriberry’s 400-person Richmond Area CSA.
