Dr. Tom Kon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Horticultural Sciences at North Carolina State University. Tom leads an applied research and extension program focused on whole plant physiology of the apple. He has a multi-state appointment and serves the southeastern apple industry (NC, SC, and GA). Tom received his B.S. from the University of Nebraska, and his M.S. and PhD from Penn State University.
