“America’s agricultural community depends upon a reliable and skilled workforce, much of which is made of hardworking people from Mexico and Central America,” Michael Marsh, NCAE’s president and CEO, said in a news release. “Farmers and ranchers nationwide must prepare to encounter this activity and prepare their agricultural operations and workforce to avoid penalties, liabilities or losses.”
Participants will be eligible to receive one Professional Development Credit from the Society for Human Resource Management upon completion of the webinar.
NCAE is a national trade association focusing on agricultural labor issues from the employer’s viewpoint.
