New positions opening at NAFDMA

The North American Farmers’ Direct Marketing Association (NAFDMA) is soliciting immediate applications for openings in two different high profile leadership positions.

NAFDMA – farmers inspired is actively engaged in a national search for both a new executive director and a new marketing and communications manager.

Interested candidates should immediately look to farmersinspired.com and click on employment for complete position details.

NAFDMA was founded in 1986 and is a membership based non-profit trade association dedicated to providing endless peer-to-peer learning opportunities, connections and resources for farmers and related industry professionals who are passionate about the business of agritourism and farm direct marketing.  farmers inspired represents the membership and the purpose of the association.

After nearly 20 years of service as executive director for NAFDMA – farmers inspired, Charlie Touchette announced in February 2017 that he will be stepping out from that position effective June 30, 2018.

“The board of directors, executive director, and current personnel have been working together enthusiastically to assure developments are activated strategically through our transitional steps,” NAFDMA said in a news release. “NAFDMA is in the hiring phase of this transition as a newly staffed team of professionals is being assembled to compliment the leadership of the volunteer board of directors.”

“NAFDMA – farmers inspired looks forward to continued membership development, inspired delivery of benefits and services, remarkable events, and ongoing association managed growth toward our Vision for 2020.”
