A fifth-generation farmer and fruit grower, Schweitzer graduated from Grand Valley State University as a triple major in international business, economics and Spanish. Schweitzer and his father grow more than 200 acres of apples and pears. He continuously looks for new ways to become more innovative, efficient, and increase fruit quality. Schweitzer is an avid podcast and audiobook listener and loves learning, science, traveling and sports. He is recently married to Renee.
