Bozeman named next COO of Seedway

John Bozeman will become the chief operating officer of Seedway on Sept. 1.

A native of Sale City, Georgia, Bozeman was raised on a family farm (row crop, vegetable, swine and cattle). He studied crop science at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and the University of Georgia. He worked as a scout/consultant through and after college. He then took a sales job at Field Equipment in Zolfo Springs Florida, where he sold John Deere equipment.

When the opportunity arose to get into the vegetable seed business, Bozeman jumped at the chance. He started at Seedway as a salesman in southwest Florida, and from there moved into product management and business development for the Southeast. That led me to his role as the Southern business manager for Seedway.

Bozeman lives in Naples, New York, with his wife Candace and two children, Dylan, 13, and Addy Rae, 3. He works out of the corporate office in Hall, New York.
