You gotta love onions – especially on Valentine’s Day when Gills Onions is being featured in an episode of the Discovery Channel’s “Dirty Jobs.”
Host Mike Rowe visited the Oxnard, Calif.-based onion processor nearly two years ago to film the show. He slices, dices and tastes onions before cleaning out the juicing machine and parts of the reactor.
Airtime is at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific Feb. 14.
