June 23 is date set for Rodale Institute’s Organic Field Day in Pennsylvania

Rodale Institute, a supporter of regenerative organic agriculture, is set to hold its annual Organic Field Day on July 23 from 8:30 a.m.to 3:30 p.m. The Field Day is located at Rodale Institute’s 333-acre experimental farm in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.

For a $25 registration fee, attendees at the Organic Field Day can explore the grounds at their own pace, visiting 11 stations located around the farm dedicated to Rodale Institute research, programs, and demonstrations. At each station, participants will be able to watch interactive presentations, talk to Rodale Institute researchers, and ask questions.

“At Rodale Institute, we pride ourselves on our commitment to farmer and consumer education,” said Jeff Moyer, Rodale Institute CEO. “Field Day is our biggest event of the year and our guests, both in person and virtual, can look forward to a wide range of exciting and engaging presentations that will inspire them to change their operations and grow the regenerative organic movement on their own farms, and in their communities.”

Food will be available for purchase on-site, but visitors may also bring their own lunch. Attendees should dress appropriately for a day out on the farm with closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and a water bottle.

For anyone not able to travel to Pennsylvania, Rodale Institute is again offering a Virtual Field Day option through the new Virtual Campus. The Virtual Field Day will include on-demand, view-at-your-own-pace video content featuring our research trails and farm projects. Interested participants can register now for access beginning July 19, 2021.
