Sym-Agro hires Southeast sales manager

Sym-Agro, Visalia, California, has hired Dominique Depaz as Southeast sales manager.

Depaz will be responsible for the sales and marketing of the company’s biopesticide products, as well as expanding and stewarding the Sym-Agro product line through distribution partners.

Depaz has more than 18 years of experience in the Florida agriculture market, both as a grower and manufacturer’s representative. He brings new supplier and grower relationships, along with a deep understanding of the Florida and Southeastern markets.

“We are excited to add Dominque to our sales team,” said Peter Bierma, president and CEO of Sym-Agro, said in a news release. “His extensive experience with the full spectrum of biopesticide crop protection products and technical expertise makes him an ideal choice to represent Sym-Agro in these markets.

“Dominque will fill a much-needed role in our organization to expand into the Eastern markets to further growth and provide local service for our product line,” Bierma said in the release. “We are grateful to have a person of his caliber join our organization.”

Sym-Agro is a privately held company focused on developing and marketing effective pest control solutions for high-value crops. The growing portfolio is supported with field research and consistent growth in the biopesticide category.
