Sep 28, 2012Electronic filing for H-2A program coming
The U.S. Department of Labor has announced the imminent implementation of electronic filing in the H-2A and H-2B visa programs through the department’s iCERT Visa Portal System.
Electronic filing in the H-2A program will begin Dec. 10. In advance of the implementation date, the department will conduct webinar training sessions to orient the public to electronic filing in the H-2A and H-2B programs.
