Precythe was a veteran of 50 years in the produce industry.

“The future of the company will be in line with the principals Stewart left us. We will continue to honor his commitment to the industry through hard work and determination in honoring the man that meant so much to so many,” Cook said. “He will be greatly missed, but we will pull together as a family and do what he would want us to do.”

The family is in the process of finalizing arrangements for Stewart, Cook said.
