UCANR to host nematode workshop  

The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR) is offering a workshop focused on nematodes.

The workshop is scheduled for March 26 from 8:00 a.m. until 3:15 p.m.

The event is designed to provide growers of annual and perennial crops, field research representatives, farm advisors, PCAs, consultants and diagnosticians information on the latest management tools for plant-parasitic nematodes in annual and perennial crops, according to a news release.

UCANR’s 2024 Nematology Workshop will also discuss regulations, common tools for nematode management and will provide participants a hands-on experience in a lab environment.

The workshop will be at the Kearney Agricultural Research & Extension Center,  9240 S. Riverbend Avenue, Parlier, California.
