FreshEdge expands Southwest presence, acquires Frontier Produce

FreshEdge, a U.S. fresh food distribution network, has acquired Frontier Produce, a distributor based in Oklahoma. This move expands FreshEdge’s footprint in the Southwest, enhancing its reach in Oklahoma and southwest Missouri.

Frontier Produce has been supplying high-quality fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and specialty items to various foodservice establishments for three decades. Operating out of three facilities in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Frontier Produce boasts over 80,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Due to this acquisition, FreshEdge now operates more than 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space across 35 facilities and maintains a fleet of over 1,100 trucks.
