Aries is the owner operator of A&M Farms, a Vidalia Onion farm and packing operation in Lyons, GA. He and his wife purchased the farm from her father in 2020. Aries takes on leadership roles and has served on the Georgia Fruit and Vegetable Association Board, holding positions of Vice President, President and Past President. He is regularly involved with government affairs issues and is a crucial voice for all growers, packers and shippers.
