Vegetable Production Educator

Werling is based in Oceana County, Michigan, and leads the MSU Vegetable Team group meetings, as one of only four vegetable educators in the state. He is currently involved in an MSU GREEEN proposal to test pesticide strategies for onion thrips on cabbage. Werling volunteers time to assist at the MSU Extension booth during the Great Lakes EXPO and helped moved show surveys from paper forms to web-based.
