Utah Business Magazine recently named AquaYield CEO and co-founder Clark T. Bell as one of its “40 Under 40.” The annual Forty Under 40 program honors Utah’s up-and-coming professionals rising through the ranks at record speed.

In a news release, Bell said the award was a recognition of all the company’s employees.

“All of us at AquaYield look to what we know will be a very bright future in growing this company and reaching our very lofty individual and corporate goals,” he said. “There are some very big things in store for what we refer to as the smallest innovation in agriculture history.”

Bell will join the 39 others named to the 2018 lists at an awards luncheon scheduled for Friday, February 9th at the Grand American Hotel’s Imperial Ballroom in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. Utah Business Magazine invites all to “join us” as we commend innovating tech wizards, visionary entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders and executive captains who are guiding industry trends and shaping the future.

Aqua-Yield is a rapidly-growing sustainable fertilizer technology company. Co-founded in 2014, Aqua-Yield has introduced the “smallest innovation in agricultural history”. Aqua-Yield’s technologies deliver materials directly to the plant’s cells leading to a much higher overall efficiency. Aqua-Yield’s process introduces liquid nanotechnology to agriculture leading to significant advantages for the grower. Results of the company’s unique technologies include; higher yields, lower cost inputs, shorter crop cycles, less environmental impact and an increase in nutrient impact.
