Wittenbach is a fifth generation farmer growing apples and row crops in West Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness Management and minor in Horticulture. Wittenbach enjoys melding the business aspect of her degree with the hands-on education of working alongside her father and grandfather. Her responsibilities range from bookkeeping to trimming and food safety to orchard scouting. She currently serves on the board of directors for USApple.
