Brent is a Michigan native and a first-generation farmer who has found a knack for growing products to be used for craft beverages. He began his career growing hops in Southwest Michigan for craft breweries. Currently, he oversees all growing operations for Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill, which includes a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Brent’s passion lies in the outdoors, with a love for hunting and fishing.
