As an Extension educator, Saunders focuses on small farm viability. She works directly with growers on environmental and social resiliency topics such as soil health, whole farm planning, climate change preparation and IPM. In addition to her extension work, she helps lead a grower-based nonprofit focused on collaborative marketing and community engagement in agriculture.
