Duda Farm Fresh Foods promotes, hires sales and strategy leaders

Duda Farm Fresh Foods, a grower of fresh vegetables, has unveiled key changes in its leadership. Jeff Goodale has been promoted to senior vice president of strategy and business development, while Alan Ediger has joined as vice president of sales.

Goodale, with nearly two decades at Duda, will now oversee strategic planning and market expansion efforts, focusing on innovative solutions to meet growing demand for fresh produce. Reporting to Goodale will be Ediger and Nichole Towell, who will continue to lead marketing and e-commerce.

“We are proud to have Jeff transition into his new role and look forward to his leadership,” said Mark Bassetti, president of Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “Jeff has played an instrumental role in Duda’s success over the last two decades.”

Ediger, who joined Duda in May, brings extensive sales experience from previous roles at companies including Fresh Express, Ready Pac Foods, and Dole. He will lead the company’s sales strategy for commodity and value-added products.

“Alan is an excellent addition to our team,” said Goodale. “He brings a tremendous amount of experience and a fresh perspective that is already making Duda a better partner to our retail and foodservice customers.”
