Organic Grower Summit opens registration for exhibitor booths

Exhibitor booth registration is now open for the Organic Grower Summit Presented by Western Growers and OPN, slated for Dec. 1-2, in Monterey, California.

Organic supply chain partners and service providers are encouraged to sign up for a booth at the fourth annual OGS, which features two days of information, education, and networking opportunities with organic growers.

Produced in partnership with Western Growers and Organic Produce Network (OPN), OGS 2021 will be held in person and include targeted educational sessions on ever-changing organic production opportunities and challenges from leading authorities across the supply chain. Additional keynote presentations from influential and preeminent speakers will focus on the future of organic growing, with an emphasis on how technology is revolutionizing farming.

To be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa, Monterey, California, OGS exhibitors will include soil amendment, ag technology, food safety, packaging and equipment manufacturers connecting with organic field production staff, supply chain managers, pest management advisors, and food safety experts.

“The organic community truly sees the benefit of an event connecting organic growers and farmers with those in the supply and service chain. Working with Western Growers and their expertise in the ag tech arena will provide growers expanded education and information that is critical for the future of the organic industry,” Tonya Antle, co-founder of the Organic Produce Network said in a news release.. “Over the next five months we’re thrilled to be putting together a program that brings all facets of organic growing and production together under one roof to exchange ideas and information.”

Founded in 1926, Western Growers represents local and regional family farmers growing fresh produce in Arizona, California, Colorado, and New Mexico. Our members and their workers provide over half the nation’s fresh fruits, vegetables, and tree nuts, including nearly half of America’s fresh organic produce. Some members also farm throughout the U.S. and in other countries, so people have year-round access to nutritious food.

OPN is a marketing organization serving as the go-to resource for the organic fresh produce industry. The company’s mission is to inform and educate through a strong digital presence with an emphasis on original content and complimented by engaging live events which bring together various components of the organic food community. The OPN audience includes organic producers, handlers, distributors, processors, wholesalers, foodservice operators, and retailers.
