Sarah Brown joins BASF in public affairs

BASF Agricultural Solutions has hired Sarah Brown as head of public affairs-Agricultural Solutions North America.

Brown joins BASF on Aug. 8; she will be based in Washington, D.C.

She most recently was vice president of biogas business development and external affairs at Nacelle Solutions. Before that, Brown was executive director of industry relations for the American Farm Bureau Federation.

She received a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. She serves on an advisory board for Cornell’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Brown succeeds Aline De Lucia at BASF.
