University of California offers nematode workshop

The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources (UCANR) is offering a workshop focused on nematodes.

The workshop will be 8 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. March 26. It will provide growers of annual and perennial crops, field research representatives, farm advisors, pest control advisors, consultants and diagnosticians information on the latest management tools for plant-parasitic nematodes in annual and perennial crops.

UCANR’s 2024 Nematology Workshop will also discuss regulations, common tools for nematode management and will provide a hands-on experience in a lab environment.

The March nematology workshop will be at the Kearney Agricultural Research & Extension Center, 9240 S. Riverbend Ave., Parlier, California.
